I know from my own experience that skin problems are often psychosomatic in origin. Over the course of more than 30 years, I have observed that my eczema always flares up during stressful periods and after traumas, and no product has brought a lasting solution. That is why Herbal Bar not only focuses on skin care, but also helps to create inner harmony.

Welcome! I am Kati Ercsényi, the founder of the brand, and I would like to share my story with you. It all started with my own skin. I have been struggling with eczema and atopic dermatitis since I was 1 year old, and in over 30 years, no cosmetic product has brought a lasting solution. Although I managed to temporarily alleviate the symptoms with steroid pharmacy products, these were not sustainable in the long term.
That is how I started to research natural solutions more deeply and created a skin care system that supports the balance of the skin and the soul. The philosophy of Herbal Bar is simple: we use only the best of nature. Our products are made from organic ingredients, we use precious flower waters instead of distilled water, and all creams, sprays and oils are made from carefully selected, pure ingredients.
The professional background is provided by my mother, who has over 30 years of experience as a chemistry teacher. I myself completed basic training in naturopathy and health, and then learned the basics of cosmetics making and aromatherapy at several different academies.
I have been developing pranayama for five years, studying and practicing various meditation and spiritual techniques, including jiaid, as well as Buddhist and Tibetan meditation methods, on a daily basis. I believe that true healing does not only happen externally, but is also an internal process, which includes self-knowledge, energetic balance and conscious presence.
However, Herbal Bar is more than just natural cosmetics - it is a holistic system that takes into account the harmony of body, soul, and spirit.
Each product family is accompanied by meditation cards, mudras, and crystals that help create body-spirit harmony.
Each Herbal Bar product line – Trust, Serenity, Moment – is associated with an emotional and energetic state and is in harmony with a specific chakra, crystals, mudras and essential oils.
Active ingredients and essential oils – each ingredient specifically supports skin health and the related spiritual processes.
