The healing properties of minerals – nature's energies at the service of mankind
Even in ancient times, people believed that crystals were not only beautiful, but also possessed special energies. They believed that crystals were capable of harmonizing the vibrations of the human body, soul, and spirit, thereby helping to create inner balance.
What is mineral therapy?
Mineral therapy is based on the assumption that every mineral emits unique vibrations. According to traditional beliefs, these vibrations can affect the human energy system, i.e., the subtle energy field of the body, which many people refer to as the aura or chakra system.
The structure of crystals is extremely stable, and this stability is rare in nature. Thanks to this, minerals are revered as symbols of balance, stability, and healing.

Commonly used minerals and their properties
Each crystal carries its own unique energy, and I will now list a few of them, without claiming to be exhaustive.

Obsidian – a supporter of protection and self-knowledge: Obsidian is volcanic glass that has strong protective energy. It can help ward off negative influences and supports self-knowledge.

How can we use minerals?
Minerals are used in many ways – worn as jewelry, placed in living spaces, or used for meditation. It is important to note that minerals are not a substitute for medical treatment, but can be used as a supplement or rather as a harmonizing tool.
Whether we believe in the spiritual power of crystals or simply view them as beautiful natural formations, their presence reminds us that there is a deep and invisible connection between nature and humankind.
