RITUAL & APPLICATION

1. Get ready for the moment
Take a seat in a quiet place and close your eyes. Breath in three deep breaths - feel the fresh energy inhaled recharging you and the exhaled air releasing tension.
2. Applying the oil
Apply a small amount to your wrist and the side of your neck. Gently touch your wrists together to distribute the oil evenly, but don't rub it in, let the fragrance release naturally on your skin.
3. Receiving the scent
To capture the scent, put your wrist to your nose and breathe deeply. Allow the warm, balsamic scent of benzoin, ylang ylang, frankincense and myrrh to surround you. Feel the natural aromas help you relax and connect with yourself.
4. Conscious presence and affirmation
As the fragrance slowly rolls out on your skin, say to yourself a positive affirmation: 'I trust myself. I am present. My scent reflects my strength and harmony."
Use it in the morning to start your day, during the day for a bit of relaxation, or in the evening to deepen your connection with yourself.
