The spray, balm, essence, cards, and crystal together form a personal ritual that you can perform at any time—in the morning, before meditation, or during a quiet moment in the evening.
1. Get ready for the moment
Sit down in a quiet place and close your eyes. Take three deep breaths—feel the fresh energy you inhale through your nose fill you up, and the air you exhale through your mouth release your tension.
2. Refreshing spray
From a distance of about 30 cm, gently spray onto your face and neck. Feel the rose and geranium create balance, while the lavender gently relaxes you. Breathe in the scents deeply and focus on the present moment.
3. Regenerating balm
Take a small amount of the balm and warm it between your fingers. Massage it into your face or the back of your hands with gentle, circular motions, paying attention to your touch. Let the grape seed oil and coconut oil nourish your skin, while the scents of ylang-ylang and myrrh deepen your thoughts.
4. Nourishing Essence
Apply a small amount to your wrists and the sides of your neck. Gently touch your wrists together so the oil spreads evenly, but don't rub—let the scent unfold naturally on your skin. Let the scent of lavender and Roman chamomile soothe you.
5. Crystal Ritual
Hold the crystal in your hand, close your eyes, and take a deep breath. Hold the crystal against the chakra shown on the card and imagine it filling you with energy.
6. Conclude the ritual with a thought
Stay in this state of deep focus for a moment. Pay attention to your body, your feelings, and the scents around you. Draw a Mudra card and perform the suggested mudra. Then, using the phrase on the Affirmation card, say a loving affirmation to yourself.
This short ritual can help you connect more consciously with yourself and the present moment.
