RITUAL & APPLICATION


1. Get ready for the moment
Sit in a quiet place and close your eyes. Take three deep breaths - feel the fresh energy you breathe in recharge you and the air you breathe out releases tension.
2. Refreshing facial spray
Spray a fine layer 30 cm away from you on your face and décolleté. Feel the rose and geranium balance and the lavender gently relax. Inhale deeply and allow the joy and freshness to permeate your body and soul.
3. Moisturising face cream
Warm a small amount of the face cream between your fingers and massage it into your skin in a slow, circular motion. Watch as the citrus and vegetable oils revitalise and replenish your skin.
4. Nourishing oil
Drop a few drops of the oil on your wrist and the side of your neck. Gently rub your wrists together and inhale deeply. Let the freshness of the citrus and the harmony of the geranium wash over you.
5. Crystal ritual
Take the crystal in your hand, close your eyes and take a deep breath. Hold the crystal at your heart chakra (TRUST), solar plexus (SERENITY) or forehead (MOMENT) and imagine it is charging with the energy you want.
6. Close the ritual with a thought
Stay in this quiet state for a while. Listen to your body, your feelings, your smells. Let a sense of care permeate your day. Say to yourself a loving affirmation, such as, "The source of serenity is within me and I can tune in at any time. I let joy and happiness fill every cell of my body."
Use it in the morning for an energetic start to the day or in the evening to soothe your skin and your mind.
