Grapeseed oil protects the skin with its antioxidant properties, while jojoba and marigold seed oils deeply moisturise and nourish. The citrus essential oils invigorate, stimulate skin microcirculation and provide a fresh, luminous glow.

RITUAL & APPLICATION


1. Get ready for the moment
Sit down in a quiet place and close your eyes. Take three deep breaths—feel the fresh energy you inhale through your nose fill you up, and the air you exhale through your mouth release your tension.
2. Refreshing spray
From a distance of about 30 cm, gently spray onto your face and neck. Feel the rose and geranium create balance, while the lavender gently relaxes you. Breathe in the scents deeply and focus on the present moment.
3. Regenerating balm
Take a small amount of the balm and warm it between your fingers. Massage it into your face or the back of your hands with gentle, circular motions, paying attention to your touch. Notice how the citrus and plant oils revitalize your skin.
4. Nourishing Essence
Apply a small amount to your wrists and the sides of your neck. Gently touch your wrists together so the oil spreads evenly, but don't rub—let the scent unfold naturally on your skin. Let the freshness of the citrus and the harmony of the geranium fill you with energy.
5. Crystal Ritual
Hold the crystal in your hand, close your eyes, and take a deep breath. Hold the crystal against your solar plexus chakra and imagine the energy flowing through you.
6. Conclude the ritual with a thought
Stay in this deepened state for a moment. Pay attention to your body, your feelings, and the scents around you. Say a loving affirmation to yourself, such as: "The source of serenity is within me, and I can tune into it at any time. I allow laughter and joy to permeate every cell of my being."
